January 9, 2026 - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ojai (“CITY”), will receive bids for the below stated Project until 3:00 p.m., February 5, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 p.m., February 5, 2026, in the Ojai City Hall Council Chambers located at 401 S Ventura St, Ojai, CA 93023.
The project to be constructed consists of concrete curb ramp installation, concrete cross gutters, concrete spandrels, asphalt concrete spot repairs (digouts), crack seal/slurry seal, asphalt rubber aggregate membrane (ARAM), asphalt taper or full grind and overlay, utility adjustments, storm drain piping and facility modifications, striping and related work.
Obtaining Bid Documents: The Bid Documents for this project are on file in the office of the undersigned. In addition prospective bidders may obtain free copies of these documents, including Proposal, Bid forms, Specifications, and Plans by requesting a copy via email, attention to: Jackie Rojas, jackie.rojas@ojai.ca.gov. Hard copies are also available from the City of Ojai Public Works Department, at 408 S Signal St, Ojai, CA 93023.
