Conflict of Interest Code
The FPPC requires a biennial review of the City’s Conflict of Interest (COI). The COI designates which employees, commission/committee members, and consultants make or participate in the making of decisions which may have a material effect on their own financial interests.
Form 700 - Statements of Economic Interests
Government Code Section 87200 requires elected officials (Mayor, City Councilmembers, City Clerk, City Treasurer) and other designated positions (City Manager, City Attorney, and Planning Commissioners) to file statements of economic interests with the FPPC. The statements are filed electronically and are accessible in the FPPC's electronic database.
Campaign Statements
The FPPC directs the filing of various campaign finance reports. The reports are filed during the year by elected officials, open committees, and candidates (during election cycles). The reports are filed with the City Clerk and are available for public review upon request.

Ticket Distribution Policy
The FPPC requires each agency to adopt, and post on the City’s website, a ticket distribution policy which identifies the public purpose served in distributing tickets to entertainment events, sporting events, etc. Ticket Distribution Policy - Resolution No. 2011-39
FPPC Form 806 – Report of Public Official Appointments
The FPPC requires each agency to post a Form 806 which identifies each position the council appoints to for which compensation is paid, the salary or stipend for each position, and the names of each official who has been appointed as the agency's representative, or alternate.
